Your annual player activity statement is available in venue from 3 June 2025
As a valued loyalty member of Malvernvale Hotel, we would like to detail our opt out options available to you
Email optout@malvernvalehotel.com.au and our staff will remove you from our programme. This will be completed within 3 business days.
If yo choose to opt out, all current loyalty points can be redeemed for a venue voucher redeemable for food and beverage in venue.
Venue vouchers will be valid for 6 months from date of issue and must be collected within 1 month of providing notice that you wish to opt out.
Note that the player activity statement only contains information relating occasions where you used your player loyalty card or account in the matter instructed by the loyalty scheme provider whilst playing gaming machines.
In relation to your player activity statement, a day starts at 6am.
